Nao cumpre prazo e seus preços são iguais ao de todas as farmácias de manipulação.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compareci a loja p efetuar o pedido de Florais de Bach . As atendentes negaram o pedido verbal do floral exigindo receita escrita do Terapeuta ou que eu fizesse pelo zap. De dentro da loja eu fiz e não fui atendida pois estava sem a foto da receita escrita . Só que estamos em pandemia. Fiz a consulta online. Sempre fiz os florais pelo zap sem problemas....
Após 24 hrs do ocorrido a atendente autorizou a confecção dos florais mas aumentou o preço.
I went to the store to order Bach Flowers. The attendants denied the floral's verbal request demanding a written prescription from the Therapist or that I do it for the zap. From the inside of the store I did it and I was not attended because I was without the picture of the written recipe. Only we are in a pandemic. I consulted online. I always did the flowers by zap without problems ....
After 24 hours of the incident, the attendant authorized the making of the flowers but increased the price.

Contatada pela farmácia no dia 13/05 ,confirmei orçamento e finalizei o pedido com entrega prevista para a segunda-feira ,17/05,em horário comercial. Infelizmente deixei uma pessoa disponível em minha residência acreditando na data de entrega .Ao final da tarde entrei em contato novamente com a farmácia e me afirmaram que o pedido estava em rota de entrega e que seria entregue no prazo. Qual prazo? Perguntei. Obtive a resposta que seria até as 19h do dia de hoje. São 19h e até agora não recebi o medicamento e muito menos um pedido de desculpas pelo ocorrido.
Muito decepcionada com o tratamento com o cliente.
I was referred by my doctor who made a previous budget for a manipulated medicine. Contacted by the pharmacy on 05/13, I confirmed the budget and finalized the order with delivery scheduled for Monday, 05/17, during business hours. Unfortunately, I left a person available at my residence believing in the delivery date. At the end of the afternoon I contacted the pharmacy again and they told me that the order was in the delivery route and that it would be delivered on time. What timeframe? I asked. I got the answer that would be until 7 pm today. It's 7:00 pm and so far I haven't received the medication, much less an apology for what happened.
Very disappointed with the treatment with the client.
