★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente tive uma experiencia horrivel com essa empresa. Tinha um contrato para casamento em 2020 e devido a pandemia tivemos que adiar. Confirmei nova data com todos os fornecedores, incluindo a Natureza Lounge, e todos concordaram. Quando perto da data fazendo ultimos pagamentos e acertos com fornecedores a Natureza Lounge nao achou meu contrato nem sabia com quem estava falando. Mandei mensagens no what's e nao me respondia. Um pesadelo pra qualquer noiva um mes antes do casamento ter de correr atras de moveis. Quando enfim responderam, ela ainda teve a cara de pau de culpar a cliente por nao ter mandado mensagens por email ao inves de what's app. Perde o contrato, nao responde e ainda culpa cliente, falta de profissionalismo sem igual.
 Unfortunately I had a horrible experience with this company. I had a contract for marriage in 2020 and due to the pandemic we had to postpone it. I confirmed a new date with all suppliers, including Natureza Lounge, and they all agreed. When close to the date making final payments and arrangements with suppliers, Natureza Lounge didn't find my contract nor knew who I was talking to. I sent messages on what's and did not respond. A nightmare for any bride a month before the wedding to have to run after furniture. When they finally responded, she even had the nerve to blame the client for not sending messages via email instead of what's app. Loses the contract, does not respond and still blames the client, unparalleled lack of professionalism.
