A entrega foi realizada em 15 de junho, muito além do prazo prometido e após esta e outras reclamações. No telefone fixo deles ninguém atende. Consegui após muito esforço o telefone da Joelma, funcionária que foi bastante atenciosa mas relatou que dependia da produção. Meu relato em momento algum foi calunioso, foi só uma tentativa de ser ouvida.A empresa é desorganizada e ainda possui uma postura agressiva escrevendo ameaças aqui. Precisam aprender muito sobre venda online.Lamentável.
Poor experience. I bought a kit in early April, they did not deliver or give information.
The delivery took place on June 15th, well beyond the promised deadline and after this and other complaints. On their landline no one answers. After a lot of effort I got the phone from Joelma, an employee who was very helpful but reported that it depended on production. My report was never slanderous, it was just an attempt to be heard. The company is disorganized and still has an aggressive stance writing threats here. They need to learn a lot about selling online.
