★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deixei meu Audi A3 2016 para fazer manutenção preventiva logo após ter comprado. Já tinha a referência de que o carro não tinha problemas, mas queria fazer a revisão ainda assim. A revisão deles foi impecável e custou 71 reais, pois o carro de fato não precisou de nenhum reparo. Pela honestidade de não ter inventado problema para ganhar dinheiro e pela qualidade do serviço fidelizou um cliente.
I left my Audi A3 2016 to do preventive maintenance right after I bought it. I already had the reference that the car had no problems, but I still wanted to do the overhaul. Their overhaul was impeccable and cost 71 reais, as the car did not actually need any repair. For the honesty of not having invented a problem to earn money and for the quality of the service, it made a customer loyal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência foi péssima. Deixei meu carro lá vários dias e não resolveram o problema, dão um prazo para o cliente e não cumprem. Só começam a fazer quando o cliente chega para buscar, mesmo entrando várias vezes em contato para saber se o serviço foi feito.
O mecânico disse que resolveu fui conferi, o problema persistia. Após ter deixado vários dias o carro lá ainda pediram para deixar mais dias. Um absurdo, deveriam reconhecer que não sabem como resolver do que ficar nessa enrolação.
My experience was terrible. I left my car there for several days and they didn't solve the problem, they give the client a deadline and they don't comply. They only start doing it when the customer arrives to pick it up, even though they get in touch several times to find out if the service was done.
The mechanic said he solved it, I checked it, the problem persisted. After leaving the car there for several days, they asked to leave more days. An absurdity, they should recognize that they don't know how to resolve what to do in this mess.
