★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moro a 10 minutos do estabelecimento, confirmam meu pedido no Ifood e cancelam de última hora. Todos os outros estabelecimentos vêm, fazem suas entregas normalmente, inclusive até os de maior distância como Vignoli, por exemplo. Era um cliente recorrente da loja, assim como recomendava para amigos e familiares, agora só me resta a imagem de um empreendimento classista e geopreconceituoso, pois a justificativa do cancelamento é o fato de eu residir em uma periferia.
I live 10 minutes from the establishment, they confirm my order at Ifood and cancel at the last minute. All the other establishments come, make their deliveries normally, including even the farthest away like Vignoli, for example. I was a recurring customer of the store, as I recommended it to friends and family, now I only have the image of a classist and geoprejudiced enterprise, as the justification for the cancellation is the fact that I live in a periphery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amo o NBS mas ultimamente vem deixando a desejar. Em geral, o combo vem com o burguer, com uma porção super pequena de batata e um refrigerante 350ml. O refri quase sempre vem quente, só com o exterior gelado. A batata não é a das melhores mas o sanduíche… compensa tudo! O molho é muito bom, a carne bem no ponto que peço, ingredientes bem servidos e o pão tem um perfil alto. Achei que as onion rings estão vindo muito oleosas mas são boas também.
Às vezes, o burguer vem tão molhado que o pão da base se desfaz… é bem desagradável quando acontece.
I love NBS but lately it's been lacking. In general, the combo comes with the burger, with a super small portion of potatoes and a 350ml soda. The soda is almost always hot, just on the outside cold. The potato is not the best but the sandwich… makes up for everything! The sauce is very good, the meat is just right, the ingredients are well served and the bread has a high profile. I thought the onion rings are coming in very oily but they are good too.
Sometimes, the burger comes so wet that the bread at the base crumbles… it's very unpleasant when it happens.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente hambúrguer artesanal , muito bem temperado, oferece combos e a maionese temperada é muiiito boa, pena que vem pouco, o ambiente é agradável, atendimento muito bom e o pedido sai bem rápido!!! Com certeza este é um lugar para se conhecer e para retornar sempre.
Excellent artisanal hamburger, very well seasoned, offers combos and the seasoned mayonnaise is very good, too bad there is little, the atmosphere is pleasant, very good service and the order comes out very fast!!! This is definitely a place to get to know and to return to again and again.
