★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, passei no estabelecimento, falei com a atendente se consertava um tipo de impressora, ela disse que sim, retornei trazendo o produto pesado, agora o DONO nos atendeu dizendo que não, não consertava. Comentei que a funcionaria disse que sim, ele foi super GROSSO dizendo praticamente que éramos mentirosos, que a funcionária era super-hiper-maximamente treinada, nos CONSTRANGENDO na frente de outro cliente. Detestei o atendimento e por mais que fosse a única empresa na cidade (que por sinal parece estar decadente, talvez por esse péssimo atendimento), prefiro levar em Santo Antonio ou Feira de Santana. PÉSSIMO ATENDIMENTO !
Poor service, I spent in the establishment, I spoke to the clerk if I fixed a type of printer, she said yes, I returned with the heavy product, now the DONO answered us saying no, did not fix. I commented that the employee said yes, he was super THICK practically saying that we were liars, that the employee was super-hyper-maximally trained, BUILDING us in front of another client. I hated the service and as much as it was the only company in the city (which seems to be decaying, perhaps because of this bad service), I prefer to take it to Santo Antonio or Feira de Santana. TERRIBLE ATTENDANCE !
