★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O bolo em si continua bom, mas o atendimento está péssimo. Sou cliente desde a época que era numa lojinha do shopping Ayrton Senna, a atendente na época era super educada e atenciosa nada a reclamar dessa época. No entanto, atualmente percebo um certo desinteresse com o cliente, como se estivessem se achando e fazendo "um favor" em todas as últimas vezes que me dirigi na loja da fábrica para comprar. Da última vez reservei um bolo pelo contato do whatsapp disponível na página do Instagram.. chegando lá percebi que não tinham sequer conhecimento da reserva, foi preciso verem realmente a conversa no whatsapp para estarem a par da situação, não haviam reservado, tentaram colocar a culpa no cliente, demonstrando desdém com a situação. Ficaria satisfeito se ao menos reconhecessem que haviam errado, mas não foi o que ocorreu, enfim, sai muito frustrado, foi a última vez em que lá estive e assim pretendo. Talvez tenham muitos clientes e não estejam preocupados em fideliza-los.
The cake itself is still good, but the service is terrible. Last time I booked a cake through the whatsapp contact available on the Instagram page.. when I got there I realized that they were not even aware of the reservation, it was really necessary to see the conversation on whatsapp to be aware of the situation, they had not booked, they tried to put the blame the client, showing disdain for the situation. I would be pleased if they at least acknowledged that they had made a mistake, but that was not what happened, anyway, I left very frustrated, it was the last time I was there and I intend to do so. Maybe they have a lot of customers and are not worried about retaining them.
