★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Preciso falar averdade sobre essa loja de som e acessórios ,
O Atendimento pra fazer orçamento dos acessórios foi uma maravilha.
Porém o serviço levou dois dias de longa espera e chá de cadeira . Foi feito um serviço de péssima qualidade , tipo teve que refazer todo o cabiamento por que no dia anterior nao tinha fica bom , no primeiro dia que estive lá meu som saiu pior que entrou , isso não foi o maior problema !!! O transtorno foi vê seu carro Com painel de estrumento mostrando falha de airberg luz acesa .
Segundo dia entrei nove da manhã e saie as 16:00 esperando o tal técnico que vinha passar o escaneou , por que esse tipo de aparelho eles não tem , só a turma das autorizadas de carro que tem esse equipamento ..O Dono loja ligou o dia todo pra esses caras , e não resolveu a tal falha No painel...tive que tomar uma ação em me deslocando pra dois bairro de Fortaleza pra resolver um problema que a loja deveria resolver por que foi gerado na loja essa falha no airberg do veículo ..O dono dessa loja deveria ter mas compromisso com seus clientes...

The service to budget the accessories was a marvel.
But the service took two days of long wait and highchair tea. A service of terrible quality was done , like I had to redo all the wiring because the day before it was not good , the first day I was there my sound came out worse than it came in , that was not the biggest problem !!! The inconvenience was sees his car with Dung panel showing airberg failure light on.
Second day I went in at 9 am and left at 4:00 pm waiting for the technician who came to pass the scan , because they do not have this type of device , only the authorized group of cars that have this equipment .. The store owner turned on the all day for these guys, and it didn't solve this failure On the panel...I had to take an action by moving to two neighborhoods in Fortaleza to solve a problem that the store should solve because this failure in the airberg of the store was generated in the store. vehicle ..The owner of this store should have more commitment to its customers...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui hoje pela manhã, iria demorar, falei com a dona e ela disse que poderia ir às 16hrs, fui no horário marcado, mas passei 45 minutos esperando um técnico, quer pessoas que chegaram depois já foram atendidas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a loja num sábado e mostrei que meu som estava com problema, porém um rapaz que me atendeu disse que iria ver o orçamento, mas simplesmente me desdenhou, nem ligou para meu serviço, preferiu atender as várias hilux e outros carros mais novos que estava na loja.
Meu carro é um gol.
NÃO RECOMENDO!!!!
