★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Furei o congelador da geladeira fazendo caca (descongelando com a faca). Chamei, vieram rápido, levaram a geladeira, falaram que consertariam entre segunda e terça. Na terça nós ligamos pra saber notícias: disseram que consertariam entre terça e quarta. Ligamos quarta. Era feriado (como é que eles entregariam quarta então?). Ligamos quinta, pedindo um prazo. Disseram que ligariam no máximo até sexta as 17h pra dizer se iria ter conserto ou não. Não ligaram. Enrolaram a gente por uma semana. Na outra terça-feira, depois que já havíamos comprado uma geladeira nova, eles disseram que tinham consertado...
Pra quem quiser chama-los pra consertar geladeira, tenham paciência, porque demoram e não dão satisfações...
I punctured the fridge freezer making a hole (defrosting with the knife). I called, they came quickly, they took the fridge, they said they would fix it between Monday and Tuesday. On Tuesday we called for news: they said they would fix it between Tuesday and Wednesday. We call Wednesday. It was a holiday (how would they deliver Wednesday then?). We called Thursday, asking for a deadline. They said they would call no later than Friday at 5 pm to say whether it would be repaired or not. They didn't care. They rolled us up for a week. The other Tuesday, after we had already bought a new refrigerator, they said they had it fixed ...
For those who want to call them to fix the fridge, be patient, because they take too long and don't give satisfactions ...
