★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive uma péssima experiência neste lugar, da última vez que solicitei seu trabalho, no dia 30/12/2020, a Néia cortou meu cabelo do jeito que ela quis e não o que pedir. No início do corte falei diversas vezes para ela não cortar acima da nuca. Mas foi vão o pedido ela ignorou, cheguei a passar a mão e pedir pra ela não fazer e nem tirar o bico do meu cabelo. No outro dia passei msg ela ouviu e me ignorou. Triste lugares como este que fazem o que quer com seus clientes, não vá neste lugar procurem outros profissionais que te respeitem. Eu estou super chateada e com meus cabelos detonados de lado repicado menor e do outro lado affff.
I had a bad experience in this place, the last time I asked for her job, on 12/30/2020, Néia cut my hair the way she wanted and not what to ask for. At the beginning of the cut, I told her several times not to cut over the back of the neck. But the request was in vain, she ignored it, I even ran my hand over and asked her not to do it or remove the nipple from my hair. The other day I spent msg she heard and ignored me. Sad places like this that do what you want with your customers, don't go to this place and look for other professionals who respect you. I am super upset and with my hair detonated on the side peaked smaller and on the other side affff.
