★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo. Funcionários não focam no serviço, ficam o tempo todo com brincadeiras, saem do local, não dão importância se o cliente está com pressa ou não. Cheguei 13:30 e sair as 18h, com um serviço que levaria no máximo 1h30.
Terrible. Employees don't focus on service, they play games all the time, they leave the place, they don't care if the customer is in a hurry or not. I arrived at 1:30 pm and left at 6 pm, with a service that would take a maximum of 1h30.
