★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por varias vezes procurei o pessoal da imobiliária, para resolver meu problema com o inquilino, que eles colocaram em meu apartamento, não quiseram nem me atente, me encaminharam para o próprio inquilino! E me bloquearam no whatsapps!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eles não cumprem com contrato, não dão respaldo a quem coloca a casa pra alugar com eles. E não pagam a multa estipulada no contrato quando há amizade entre as partes. Não recomendo, a não ser que queira ter dor de cabeça.
They do not comply with contract, do not support those who put the house to rent with them. And they do not pay the fine stipulated in the contract when there is friendship between the parties. I don't recommend it unless you want a headache.
