★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entrei na Nemak em 1996,quando ainda era FMB,depois passou a se chamar:Teksid do Brasil,e depois Teksid Alumínio,e por último ,Nemak.Trabalhei como Torneiro mecânico de manutenção.Trabalhava de domingo a domingo,e quando adquiri uma hérnia de disco,fui demitido em 2005.Agora estou precisando de um documento que a Previdência social está vpedindo para a minha aposentadoria sair..o LTCAT.Mas a Nemak nega fornecer.O juiz já enviou duas solicitações,e nem assim a Nemak fornece.Quero saber se é essa a política da empresa,prejudicar os ex funcionário s,na hora de aposentar?
 I joined Nemak in 1996, when I was still an FMB, then it was called: Teksid do Brasil, and then Teksid Alumínio, and finally, Nemak. I worked as a maintenance mechanic. I worked from Sunday to Sunday, and when I acquired a hernia. of disc, I was fired in 2005. Now I need a document that Social Security is preventing for my retirement to leave..the LTCAT.But Nemak refuses to provide. The judge has already sent two requests, and Nemak does not. I want to know if this is the company's policy, to harm ex-employees when retiring?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O ambiente de trabalho aqui é muito bom e há uma grande preocupação com a segurança e bem estar dos funcionários. Inclusive há vários programas da equipe da saúde e da segurança do trabalho sobre isso. Um diferencial é a política de benefícios para a família.
The working environment here is very good and there is a great concern for the safety and well being of the employees. There are even several programs by the health and safety team about this. A differentiator is the family benefits policy.
