★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já lavei uma vez e gostei muito do resultado, além de ser conveniente a lavagem enquanto resolvo alguma coisa no shopping com a família. Porém hoje não tive uma boa experiência. Cheguei no lava jato por volta das 14:30 e o rapaz que me atendeu disse que só entregaria às 17:00. Questionei o prazo longo, já que só havia 4 carros na minha frente (sendo que pelo menos 2 já estavam sendo lavados). Como não ia ficar este tempo todo no shopping, desisti do serviço. Quando retornei ao carro no estacionamento, por volta das 15:40, notei que todos os carros já tinham sido lavados e os lavadores estavam conversando e olhando os celulares. Me pareceu óbvio que os lavadores simplesmente não queriam mais serviço, já que o dono certamente não estava presente.
I've washed it once and really enjoyed the result, and it's convenient to wash while I sort something out at the mall with the family. But today I didn't have a good experience. I arrived at the car wash around 14:30 and the guy who answered me said it would only deliver at 17:00. I questioned the long run, as there were only 4 cars in front of me (at least 2 were already being washed). As I was not going to be in the mall all this time, I gave up the service. When I got back to the car in the parking lot around 15:40, I noticed that all the cars had already been washed and the washers were talking and looking at their cell phones. It seemed obvious to me that the washers simply didn't want service anymore, since the owner was certainly not present.
