â â â â â Total falta de preparo e respeito pelos pacientes que ficam horas aguardando mesmo com horĂĄrio prĂ© agendado. Isso quando os mĂ©dicos simplesmente nĂŁo aparecem e ninguĂ©m se da ao trabalho de avisar, fazendo vc se deslocar atoa. NĂŁo recomendo de forma alguma. Fazer a população de palhaços.
Total lack of preparation and respect for patients who spend hours waiting even with a pre-scheduled time. This is when the doctors just don't show up and nobody takes the trouble to warn you, making you move around for a while. I do not recommend it at all. Make the population of clowns.

â â â â â Os mĂ©dicos sĂŁo Ăłtimos mais o sistema de telefonia de pĂ©ssima qualidade, vc fica o dia todo tentando ligar e nĂŁo consegue, praticamente impossĂvel agendar uma consulta por telefone, deveriam melhorar isso urgente, devem estar perdendo muita consulta por conta desse problema.
Doctors are great, but the poor quality phone system, you spend all day trying to call and you can't, practically impossible to schedule an appointment by phone, they should improve this urgently, they must be missing a lot of consultation because of this problem.

â â â â â O atendimento mĂ©dico Ă© bom, mas o atendimento telefĂŽnico Ă© pĂ©ssimo. Tentei ligar o dia todo para agendar consulta para o meu pai, mas sĂł chamava ou dava ocupado ( nĂŁo sei o motivo de dar ocupado, jĂĄ que nunca nos atendem). Enfim, horrĂvel! Precisa de uma mudança pra ontem, antes de ontem..semana passada.
The medical service is good, but the telephone service is terrible. I tried to call all day to schedule an appointment for my father, but I only called or was busy (I don't know why it's busy, since they never see us). Anyway, horrible! Need a change to yesterday, before yesterday...last week.

â â â â â Das vezes que consegui marcar consulta fui bem atendido, mas o problema Ă© conseguir marcar algo, vocĂȘ precisa ligar no mĂnimo umas 15 vezes em momentos diferentes do dia, o telefone sĂł da ocupado. Se quiser agendar consulta recomendo ir presencialmente.

â â â â â Atendimento e qualidade deixa muito a desejar. Esperei 45 min para ser atendido pela recepcionista e mais 40 minutos para ser atendido pelo mĂ©dico em uma consulta que durou 8 minutos! Isso mesmo, 8 minutos a consulta mĂ©dica e era a primeira vez que passava com este mĂ©dico. Sem falar na clĂnica super apertada.
Service and quality leaves a lot to be desired. I waited 45 minutes to be seen by the receptionist and another 40 minutes to be seen by the doctor in an appointment that lasted 8 minutes! That's right, 8 minutes of medical appointment and it was the first time I spent with this doctor. Not to mention the super cramped clinic.
