★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perguntando aos porteiros descobri que a quadra do prédio está com risco de cair, a brinquedoteca não tem nada, a academia tem só a esteira e a bicicleta de qualidade razoável, todos os outros aparelhos são péssimos, e a administração é totalmente parcial com alguns moradores. Resumidamente, o recheio é lindo (prédio com sacadas bonitas, bem pintado e bem cuidado), mas estruturalmente, administrativamente e tecnicamente tudo é péssimo. A pouco tempo atrás boa parte dos porteiros eram atenciosos, hoje em dia poucos deles restaram.
