★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Peca muito nos atrasos, marcamos horários mas estes não são cumpridos nunca, já faz 1 ano que coloquei meu aparelho e sempre a mesma coisa, no mínimo 1 hora de espera quando não está lotado, se tiver lotado, haja tempo esperando. Pra Dr. Luciana que acompanha meu tratamento eu dou 10 estrelas, ela é maravilhosa!
I have a lot of delays, we make appointments but these are never complied with, it has been 1 year since I put my device on and always the same thing, at least 1 hour of waiting when it is not full, if it is full, there is time waiting. For Dr. Luciana who accompanies my treatment I give 10 stars, she is wonderful!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo este lugar. Descaso com os seus pacientes de diversas formas. Só visam lucrar em cima dos pacientes e oferecem serviços muito fracos. Tirando um ou dois profissionais ali, os demais deixam muito a desejar. Única coisa realmente boa deles é o marketing pq atrai os desavisados. Não recomendo de maneira alguma.
I don't recommend this place. Neglect with your patients in different ways. They only aim to profit from patients and offer very weak services. Apart from one or two professionals there, the others leave much to be desired. The only really good thing about them is the marketing because it attracts the unsuspecting. I do not recommend it at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A 5 anos atrás eu era paciente, e agora voltei pra colocar meu aparelho novamente. Pois bem, não existe profissionais como antes, pelo menos as médicas que me atenderam pareciam duas aprendizes! Coloquei o aparelho e 12 horas depois caíram 2 pedras, pois as peças não foram bem coladas, fui la cortaram o ferrinho e não fizeram nada e eu teria que pagar pelas pedrinhas (R$ 20,00 reais por cada). Achei um absurdo, pois não tive culpa alguma das pedras cairem, so se eu tivesse comendo pedra.
E uma obturação super mal feita que ja caiu em 2 meses. E outra coisa o tempo de espera é um absurdo. Não volto mais e não indico, vocês estão péssimos!
5 years ago I was a patient, and now I'm back to put my braces back on. Well, there are no professionals like before, at least the doctors who attended me seemed like two apprentices! I put the device and 12 hours later 2 stones fell, because the pieces were not well glued, I went there, they cut the iron and did nothing and I would have to pay for the stones (R$ 20.00 each). I thought it was absurd, because it was not my fault that the stones fell, only if I had been eating stone.
And a super poorly done filling that fell out in 2 months. And another thing the waiting time is absurd. I'm not coming back and I don't indicate, you guys are terrible!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um lugar bonito , o dentista que me atendi é bem legal.
Porém sempre que vou está lotado tenho que esperar duas horas ou mais .
As peças são mal colocadas , cai até comentando cuscuz .
Tenho dificuldade com a alimentação pois as peças caem com muita facilidade.
Isso me deixa muito insatisfeito .
Fora que se quiser cancelar precisa pagar multa .
A beautiful place, the dentist I saw is really cool.
But whenever I go, it's full I have to wait two hours or more.
The pieces are poorly placed , it falls even commenting on couscous .
I have difficulty with feeding because the pieces fall very easily.
This makes me very dissatisfied.
Besides that if you want to cancel you have to pay a fine.

Horrible service!!! I did a restoration there and after 3 days it fell and it wasn't the first time, ever, evermore, I'll be back there end.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento para colocar o aparelho é de colocar você no colo, mas depois que inicia o processo com aparelho, as manutenções periódicas se tornam um inferno de demorado. E depois os canais de atendimentos são péssimos para resolução de problemas, como disse os canais de atendimentos são ruins depois que se torna cliente. Não recomendo.
The service to put the device is to put you on your lap, but once you start the process with the device, periodic maintenance becomes a hell of a time.
