telefone de contato só chama e os atendentes não atendem a ligação. uma tremenda falte de respeito para com os clientes.

Worse than SuS, I felt like trash today. I was mistreated by the dentist, time in attendance of three and a half hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um tratamento completo com a Dra Isabelly e foi excelente. Tudo que ela vai fazer, explica com muita doçura. Amei de verdade! E sobre o atendimento na recepção, não tenho do quê reclamar pois sempre tive a sorte de ser atendida por uma moça gentil.
I did a complete treatment with Dr. Isabelly and it was excellent. Everything she's going to do, she explains very sweetly. I really love it! And about the attendance at the reception, I have nothing to complain about because I have always been fortunate enough to be attended by a kindly lady.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Você liga mil vezes para o número informado no banner e no site, nenhum pega. Se mudou o número atualiza as informações. Já liguei várias vezes é o não pega ou as atendentes morreram ou mudou o número.
You call the number given in the banner and on the website a thousand times, none of them picks up. If the number has changed, it updates the information. I have already called several times it is not picked up or the attendants have died or the number has changed.

Porem esse ano ela nao esta mas la Já em destaque temos o atendimento na recepção que é de péssima qualidade. Muito ruim aquela Keila mesmo nao sei pq ainda trabalha la se nao sabe lidar com o público
Passei um transtorno e perdi tempo.
Mudou a doutora porem quando fui la era tudo diferente procedimentos q eu mesmo nao sabia desistir cancelei la minha ficha pedi a copia do documento de desistência a keila que e a morena fortinha toda ignorante nao queria me da foi q tive q ligar pra o bradesco ruim nao sei como ainda esta com aqueles q se diz profissional nao tem nada disso local instrutora e boa mas as pessoas nao

The doctor changed but when I went there it was all different procedures that I myself did not know to give up I canceled my file I asked for a copy of the withdrawal document from keila who is the strong brunette all ignorant I didn't want to give me that I had to call the bad bradesco I don't know how it's still with those who claim to be professional. Demoram pra fazer a checagem de liberação do plano como aconteceu comigo, ela me deixou esperar 40 minutos para dizer que vai ter que reagendar novamente pois o procedimento não estava autorizado.
Passei um transtorno e perdi tempo.
Da última vez que fui esperei 2 horas e 55 minutos pra ser atendida.
Minha insatisfação foi devido a falta de empatia da da gestão.

As for Dr. Cleudes, her service is excellent, a professional of extreme patience and very helpful. Already in the spotlight we have the service at the reception which is of poor quality.
It took me to do the plan clearing check as it did for me, she let me wait 40 minutes to say that she will have to reschedule again because the procedure was not authorized.
I had an inconvenience and lost time.
The last time I went I waited 2 hours and 55 minutes to be answered.
My dissatisfaction was due to the lack of empathy from the management.
