Estou tentando atualizar meus dados, de modo a receber a fatura por e-mail , desperdiçando meu precioso tempo e não consigo, sequer fazer uma agendamento. Em época de pandemia, somos obrigados a enfrentar enormes filas nas centrais de atendimento. Onde estão os serviços de proteção ao consumidor? Este é um serviço público e só temos uma empresa prestadora do serviço.
This company provides a terrible service to the customer. I'm trying to update my data in order to receive the invoice by email, wasting my precious time and I can't even make an appointment. In times of pandemic, we are forced to face huge queues at call centers. Where are the consumer protection services? This is a public service and we only have one company providing the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento foi, sem sombra de dúvidas o melhor que já tive em se tratando de Cosern. O atendente educado e com vontade de ajudar a resolver o problema, sem contar que neste dia, não estava tão cheio e foi relativamente rápido resolver o problema.
The service was, without a doubt, the best I've ever had when it comes to Cosern. The attendant was polite and willing to help solve the problem, not to mention that on this day, it wasn't so crowded and it was relatively quick to solve the problem.

A entrada não sinaliza nada, a única atendente/recepcionista está com muitas funções, além de realizar atendimento por telefone celular enquanto quem está presencialmente aguarda. Fora a aglomeração em um quadrado pequeno. Os funcionários, são ótimos, gentis e cortês.
In the end, the service was performed. But it is very poorly organized. The entrance does not signal anything, the only attendant/receptionist has many functions, in addition to performing cell phone service while those who are in person wait. Out the clump into a small square. The staff are great, kind and courteous.
