A atendente Ana Cláudia simplesmente ignorou minha necessidade e encerrou (sem me ajudar) a ligação passando o número de protocolo do atendimento dela. Que atendimento?????? Não teve atendimento! Uma estrela é muito para dar.

Attendant Ana Cláudia simply ignored my need and ended (without helping me) the call by passing the protocol number of her attendance. What service ?????? There was no service! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não daria nenhuma estrela, o atendimento na agencia no Guarujá é feita através de um TOTEM ! Não existe atendimento presencial, a sala possui 5 M³ onde você mesmo apresenta os documentos para uma câmera e conversa com a atendente por um telefone ! O atendimento foi péssimo para mim ! Fico imaginando como seria com um idoso... ou uma pessoa leiga ! Denunciem !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mais de 15 dias tentando fazer uma simples troca de Titularidade onde Whatsapp NÃO FUNCIONA, não tem se quer um E-MAIL para esse tipo de atendimento, 0800 NINGUÉM te ajuda, baixei o app PÉSSIMO também, pra uma empresa deste porte, a tecnologia está bem atrasada!!! Hoje 21/07/2021 vou tentar ver se consigo um atendimento presencial no Guarujá.

Paguei a minha conta de Abril/21 e até hoje ficam me ligando para eu pagar,não vou fazer duplicata porque vocês querem. E a atendente Naiara foi arrogante no final da ligação. Facilita a vida das pessoas! ?
