â â â â â JĂĄ fazem 10 dias que estou morando no escuro, bebendo ĂĄgua quente e dormindo no calor, esperando a Celpe fazer a religação da energia. O prazo era 5 dias Ășteis. Ainda por cima, conta nos registros da empresa, que a equipe de instalação veio fazer o serviço por volta de meio dia e o condomĂnio negou acesso. Mentira!!!! O porteiro disponibilizou atĂ© as filmagens das cĂąmeras para provar que nĂŁo veio equipe nenhuma!!! Absurdo! Abri reclamação na Aneel. NĂŁo hĂĄ nenhuma pendĂȘncia, paguei a atĂ© as contas do antigo morador pra instalarem os mais rĂĄpido possĂvel, pois se eu apresentasse meu contrato de inquilino, seria mais 3 dias Ășteis sĂł pra anĂĄlise desse contrato. Empresa miserĂĄvel!
I've been living in the dark for 10 days now, drinking hot water and sleeping in the heat, waiting for Celpe to reconnect the power. The deadline was 5 working days. On top of that, it says in the company's records that the installation team came to do the service around noon and the condominium denied access. Lie!!!! The doorman even made the footage of the cameras available to prove that no team came!!! Absurd! I opened a complaint with Aneel. There is no pending, I even paid the bills of the former resident to install as soon as possible, because if I presented my tenant agreement, it would be another 3 business days just for the analysis of this agreement. Miserable company!
