★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedi para fazer alinhamento e balanceamento, fizeram tudo o que não era para ter feito e meu carro fico desalinhado, e volante trepidando. Ainda por cima, me disseram que só conseguiram arrumar 80%. OI?? como assim? Conclusão, não arrumaram uma coisa "tão besta". tive que ir em outro local para que pudessem concertar o erro.
I asked to do alignment and balancing, they did everything they shouldn't have done and my car is out of alignment, and the steering wheel is shaking. On top of that, they told me that they only managed to get 80%. HI?? as well? Conclusion, they did not fix something "so silly". I had to go elsewhere so they could fix the error.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo lugar, fizeram alinhamento e balanceamento do meu carro e ele ficou pior do que estava e quando voltei para refazer o serviço por 2 duas inventaram um monte de desculpas para não refazer o trabalho até que desisti e levei em uma oficina de verdade com profissionais responsáveis que fizeram um trabalho excelente.
Poorly, they did align and balance my car and it got worse than it was and when I came back to redo the service for 2 two they made up a lot of excuses not to redo the work until I gave up and took in a real workshop with responsible professionals who did an excellent job.

I was tricked in that place they charged me much more, bad service, they didn't even want to answer me because I arrived 45 minutes before the store closed. I do not recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma oficina de má fé,me disseram que meu carro um gol G5,tinha que fazer alinhamento de caster pois tinha feito uma manutenção nas buchas pivô e etc... Me cobraram 130,00 reais, quando fui me informar sobre o tal alinhamento fiquei sabendo que esse alinhamento só e feito em caso de colisão ou seja me enganaram,fui até a loja e peguei meu DINHEIRO DE VOLTA!!..
O pior é fui em outra loja de alinhamento e me falaram a mesma coisa fiquem atentos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nepoli pneus Embu das artes , PÉSSIMO atendimento do dono aos funcionários, principalmente as balconistas por nome de Silene e Jaqueline, estive lá no dia 28/12/18 porque me indicaram para trocar os pneus do meu carro, ele inventaram que eu tinha que fazer cambagem e caster, eu pensei se é para melhorar vou fazer esse sacrifício, quando sai de lá meu carro estava pior do que quando entrei, voltei lá fui falar com o dono que nem olhou na minha cara!!! Quem me atendeu.foi um funcionário por nome Marcos, falei que queria o dinheiro da cambagem e do caster de volta ele foi falar com essa funcionária Jaqueline por sua vez foi EXTREMAMENTE GROSSEIRA!!!um absurdo!!!! O funcionário para amenizar falou que teria que trocar uma peça por nome triveta e que era para eu comprar a peça que ele trocaria no dia seguinte, voltei no dia seguinte e ele de fato trocou a peça, mas o carro ainda não ficou 100% e ainda tive que aturar a cara de revolta do proprietário e das balconistas, gente que absurdo isso, a gente ganha o nosso dinheiro com tanto sacrifício e esse tipo de pessoas simplesmente, acham que podem levar e ficar por isso mesmo, moral da história gastei qse 2.000 para resolver um problema que não.foi resolvido 100% e ainda fui mal tratada por dono e funcionários despreparados!!!
Nepoli Tires Embu das Artes, TERRIBLE service from the owner to employees, especially the clerks by the name of Silene and Jaqueline, I was there on 12/28/18 because they told me to change the tires on my car, they invented that I had to do it. camber and caster, I thought if it's to improve I'll make this sacrifice, when I left my car was worse than when I got in, I went back there I went to talk to the owner who didn't even look at my face!!! Who attended me.was an employee by name Marcos, I said I wanted the money from the camber and the caster back he went to talk to this employee Jaqueline was EXTREMELY GROSS!!!an absurd!!!! The employee to ease up said that I would have to change a part for a trivet name and that I was to buy the part that he would change the next day, I came back the next day and he actually changed the part, but the car still wasn't 100% and I still had to put up with the disgusted face of the owner and the clerks, people who absurd this, we earn our money with so much sacrifice and these types of people simply think they can take it and stay at it, moral of the story I spent qse 2,000 to solve a problem that didn't. was solved 100% and still I was treated badly by the owner and unprepared employees!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não gostei do trabalho. Preço muito caro. Fui trocar 2 pneus dianteiros e fazer o alinhamento. Ficaria tudo 180,00 - 2 trocas pneus e balanceamento por 80,00 + alinhamneto e cambagem 100,00. Mas, me disseram que precisava trocar também as 2 bandejas e fazer o Caster e tudo ficaria 910,00. Mas, não fiz pq ficou muito caro de 180,00 passou pra 910,00. Teria que pagar mais 730,00. Então, paguei apenas 80,00 pela 2 trocas pneus e balanceamento. Levei meu carro no meu mecanico que trocou as 2 bandejas por 160,00, e depois levei pra alinhar na concorrente e paguei apenas 40,00 que disse que não precisava fazer a cambagem e nem a Caster. Ou seja, não indico pra ninguém pq eles inventam serviço que não precisa fazer como a Cambagem e o Caster.
I didn't like the job. Very expensive price. I went to change 2 front tires and do the alignment. Everything would be 180.00 - 2 tire changes and balancing for 80.00 + alignment and camber 100.00. But, they told me that I needed to change the 2 trays and make the Caster and everything would be 910.00. But, I didn't do it because it was too expensive from 180.00 to 910.00. I would have to pay another 730.00. So, I only paid 80.00 for 2 tire changes and balancing. I took my car in my mechanic who changed the 2 trays for 160.00, and then I took it to align with the competitor and paid only 40.00 who said that I didn't need to change it and neither did Caster. In other words, I don't tell anyone why they invent a service you don't need to do like Cambagem and Caster.
