★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na minha primeira consulta no consultório, fui atendido pela Dra Thais. Acredito que ela estava em um péssimo dia, pois ela foi muito ríspida, fui muito mal atendido. É natural que o paciente faça perguntas sobre o tratamento proposto, afinal é a primeira consulta. Eu fui cortês e educado em todos os momentos, assim como sou sempre. No entanto, com muita falta de tato, a Dra respondia "Não sei por quais dentistas passou e pq não te disseram isso", "eu não acabei de te explicar isso?". Portanto, não retorno e tampouco recomendo.

It is natural for the patient to ask questions about the proposed treatment, after all it is the first consultation. I was courteous and polite at all times, just as I always am. However, with a lot of tact, the Doctor replied "I don't know what dentists went through and why they didn't tell you that", "Didn't I just explain that to you?". Therefore, I do not return nor recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, e falta de organização e comprometimento com os pacientes. Liguei no final do mês de Abril para um atendimento onde a clinica nas vespera da consulta faz o cancelamento sempre com a desculpa que a dentista vai ter uma consulta. Se eles não tem comprometimento com data deveriam avisar no inicio do contato pois os pacientes.
