Precisei ter acesso à fatura mais recente, já paga, e à próxima.
A Claro fez exigências de dados que, em princípio, visam à segurança do proprietário da conta.
No entanto, tem mais propaganda do que informações objetivas.
Cobra por serviços não solicitados e sem consulta ao proprietário da linha.
Contrato no valor mensal de até R$500,00 caiu para pouco mais de R$200,00 para o mesmo pacote e serviços básicos.
Fui cliente, durante anos, da NET. Sempre bem atendido, sem exploração/cobranças indevidas.
A queda na qualidade do atendimento e a cobrança de todo e qualquer serviço, tal como recados, foi gritante.
Já fui cliente da Oi e da Vivo, antes da Net, A Claro é a pior de todas, Não cabe aqui relacionar fatos que que requerem descrição.
