Tem uma semana que tento abrir um chamado para informar da instabilidade da minha conexão mas é impraticável a assistência deles.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A internet esta pessima caindo o tempo todo, você tenta ligar na central ou esta ocupada ou não atende e a ligação cai, não tem uma pessoa para atender emergência o meu sinal esta fora des da tarde de 30 de março e simplesmente não tem ninguém para dar apoio, mas quem esta no prejuízo sou eu.

Final de semana a internet não funciona bem, ou simplesmente nao funciona, e vc tem que esperar ate a segunda feira para resolverem, pois sábado a tarde e domingo e feriados naotem ninguém para resolver problemas. ISSO E TODO FINAL DE SEMANA, sem exceção.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Costuma ficar lenta justamente em horários de lazer (fins de semana e feriados). O suporte não funciona direito. Estou a 4 dias sem internet e sem atendimento (Condomínio Natura Parque). Enviaram um técnico fora do horário combinado e não me atenderam mais, após eu abandonar o posto de trabalho para aguardar atendimento, atendimento este que só é feito em horário comercial e dias úteis.

O telefone pra atender o suporte é o maior sacrifício, você espera tanto que se você trabalha vai perder meio dia de serviço, te atendem depois de horas no telefone só com a secretaria eletrônica funcionários te atendem muito mal, quando é o financeiro te atendem com muito mais rapidez afinal financeiro é financeiro, péssima qualidade! Se existisse menos que uma estrela daria a ela 5 estrelas a menos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Depois que mudamos o plano para 30mb a internet piorou, cai todos os dias e o ping é absurdamente alto, problemas de rota acontecem o tempo todo. Além disso tudo, após a mudança de Net point para Bahia Wifi, o atendimento ficou extremamente horrível, já tem 3 dias que estou reclamando da conexão via WhatsApp (Uma das formas de comunicação e solução de problemas que a empresa diz ter) e ninguém responde, é um abuso isso, já que no meu bairro não existe concorrente e esta empresa possui o monopólio do local!

Quando um dos "técnicos" de chinelo veio fazer a instalação da internet quis me empurra um roteador novo de 110 reias sendo que o mesmo custa uns 45 a 55 reias. Informando que o meu roteador nao subia o sinal deles. :/ Com muito choro ele fez meu roteado pega o sinal deles.. ou seja golpe né.
Pois em 2 mês de uso so passo raiva e bem na hora que preciso ela nao funciona como fim de semana, feriados e final de tarde. Alem que todos os dias as 3:11 da madrugada ela cai e volta todos os dias....
Além da oscilação de sinal e ping alto pra quem gosta de JOGOS ON-LINE e dor de cabeça.....
