Agendaram por duas vezes,vir buscar os equipamentos e nĂŁo vieram.TĂ©cnicos informaram,que estiveram aqui,sendo que ninguĂ©m veio.Fora Ă falta de assistĂȘncia na Central de atendimento.Estamos revoltados e iremos acionar Ă ANATEL. Pois,estamos adiando vĂĄrios compromissos,para aguardar tĂ©cnicos e informando para reagendar visita do tĂ©cnico,para retirada do equipamento.
Falta de assistĂȘncia,com um serviço cada dia pior.
My husband and I, we are revoltados.Fizemos cancellation due to services and unauthorized charges.
Scheduled twice come for the equipment and not vieram.TĂ©cnicos reported, they were here, and no one veio.Fora the lack of assistance in Central atendimento.Estamos angry and will trigger ANATEL. Therefore, we are postponing various commitments, to wait for technical and reporting to reschedule the visit of technician to remove the equipment.
Lack of assistance, with a service every day worse.
