★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A loja tem um bom atendimento, quando estive lá fui atendido pela própria proprietária que foi muito atenciosa na avaliação do meu carro, me tirando dúvidas e dando algumas dicas valiosas sobre a venda do mesmo. Não fechei negócio pois o preço que eles pagam é abaixo de várias outras lojas, mas se eu fosse comprar um carro usado em loja, compraria lá sim pela confiança que ela me passou.
The store has a good service, when I was there I was attended by the owner who was very attentive in the evaluation of my car, asking me questions and giving some valuable tips on selling it. I did not close the deal because the price they pay is below several other stores, but if I were to buy a used car in a store, I would buy there because of the trust she gave me.

Great service but I bought a car with the descriptions contrary to the ones I bought. The car was already beaten and I was not notified of it but the attendant was wonderful in his service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nao remomendo mais o atendimento pra mim foi ruim. minha compra nao vai fazer diferenca..mais que sirva de aprendizado a pessoa que me atendeu e iguinorante..me falo que se compra carro olhando..nao moro em belem por esse motivo que fiz meu atendimento por zap apenas queria ver os modelos e o valor e quando chega olha o carro e fecha o negocio e sem dizer que nem me respondeu mais so visualizo a msg..fiz tres indicações de vendas pra loja porque a quarta foi meu pai que compro o onix e me faz uma sacanegem dessa..primeiro o onix e depos 3 siena do meu tio,marido da minha tia e do meu primo.. quando voltei a loja.a dona ainda me falo que era uma onra a gente ter voltado..e agora isso por parte de alguem que me atendeu que nem se endentificou..so nao vo manda as imagem dos print porque vai prejudica a netcarveiculos....esse numero de zap que ta na foto da faxada..
Not looking back on the service for me was bad. my purchase won't make a difference..but it serves as a learning experience, the person who attended me is illusory..I say that you buy a car while looking..I don't live in belem for this reason I did my service by zap, I just wanted to see the models and the value and when it arrives, he looks at the car and closes the deal and without saying that he hasn't even answered me anymore I just see the msg.. I made three sales indications for the store because the fourth was my father who bought the onix and made a mess of me like that. .first the onyx and then my uncle's siena, my aunt's and my cousin's husband.. when i returned to the store. answered me that he didn't even get identified..just don't send the print images because it will harm netcarveiculos....that zap number that's in the faxed photo...
