★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz uma compra de dois carros com a Netcarros, além de ter sido suuuper bem atendida pelo Webert, chegaram no preço que eu podia pagar, me entregaram os carros conforme combinado e, os dois carros em perfeito estado, conforme fotos e vídeos!!!!
Recomendo a Netcarros de olhos fechados, não tenham medo, a empresa é idônea e, cumprem com todos os combinados!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior pós venda que eu já vi na vida. Comprei um carro em maio de 2021, no dia que estava voltando pra casa com o carro deu problema na embreagem, ficaram semanas para resolver meu problema. Agora, chegou uma multa no meu nome, porém a infração foi cometida antes de eu comprar o carro, entrei em contato a quase 20 dias e não tive respostas, mesmo cobrando toda semana. Péssimo. Não recomendo.
Worst aftermarket I've ever seen in my life. I bought a car in May 2021, on the day I was returning home with the car there was a problem with the clutch, it took weeks to solve my problem. Now, a fine has arrived in my name, but the infraction was committed before I bought the car, I contacted almost 20 days ago and had no answers, even though I charged every week. Terrible. I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se tivesse a opção de classificar essa empresa com lixo, estaria em primeiro lugar, fizeram eu sair do Tocantins com a promessa da negociação estar tuda certa de eu só chegar e assinar o contrato e ir embora com o carro! Mas nem tudo acontece como a gente espera, cheguei em São Paulo sem nenhum suporte, gastei mais de 1 mil reias de passagens e dispensas pra chegar pra retirar o carro diante da promessa deles (netcarros), depois de passar dois dias viajando, eles chegam “Fábio, Henrique” e falam que não estão conseguindo imprimir contrato… por conta dessa situação me mandaram embora da empresa sem um lugar pra ficar, fora o prejuízo que tive q ultrapassou os 2 mil reais nessa viagem que ME FALARAM PARA EU IR QUE ESTAVA TUDO CERTO DINTE DA PARTE BUROCRÁTICA DO BANCO.
E após eu me deitar do local vinhetas com a Proença de me ressarcir o meu dinheiro gasto na viagem, é o retorno que tive após chegar no meu estado novamente, foi que não haveria ressarcimento por conta da negociação ter dado errado!!!

Tenho todas as provas de conversas e ligações gravadas, se quiserem vir atrás de mim sabe muito bem quem eu sou, agradeço muito o vendedor Leonardo de que nada tem haver com a pilantragem dessa empresa formada por uma uma cúpula de mal caráter e caloteiros mentirososos!!!!

But not everything happens as we expect, I arrived in São Paulo without any support, I spent more than R$ 1,000 on tickets and exemptions to arrive to pick up the car in the face of their promise (netcars), after spending two days traveling, they arrive “Fábio, Henrique” and they say that they are not able to print a contract... because of this situation they sent me away from the company without a place to stay, apart from the damage I had that exceeded 2 thousand reais on this trip that they told me to go that I was ALL RIGHT WITH THE BUREAUCRATIC PART OF THE BANK.
And after I lay down from the place, vignettes with Proença to reimburse me for my money spent on the trip, is the return I had after arriving in my state again, was that there would be no reimbursement because the negotiation went wrong!!!
I will never recommend this company if anyone is looking for a car
