★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O serviço tem muita coisa que poderia ser melhor. Hoje tive o segundo contato no suporte e vejo que precisam adquirir mais habilidade e agilidade em solucionar melhor as questões. Sugiro a empresa em investir palestra de capacitação aos atendentes , pois ao meu ponto visto a delonga em coisas superficiais que seriam de fácil resolução com uma boa capacitação de um ótimo atendimento.
The service has a lot that could be better. Today I had the second contact with support and I see that they need to acquire more skill and agility in solving the issues better. I suggest the company to invest in a training lecture to the attendants, because from my point of view, I see the delay in superficial things that would be easy to solve with a good training of a great service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O serviço em si é bom. Só não pode ter problema nos finais de semana e feriados pois suporte é inexistente e você fica sem Internet e sem ajuda até o próximo dia útil.
The service itself is good. Just don't have a problem on weekends and holidays because support is non-existent and you don't have Internet and no help until the next business day.

Atendimento rápido e todos são muito educados.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A internet está deixando muito a desejar . Tá sempre dando problema , e não é só na Minha casa não, e quando chama no suporte pra relatar , demora demais pra ser atendido . E agora vem sendo recorrente o problema , teve um domingo que parou de funcionar por volta de 19horas e em várias casas na rua São Rafael e José copertino no Borges e custou a voltar ao normal.
The internet is leaving a lot to be desired. There's always a problem, and it's not just at my house, and when you call support to report it, it takes too long to be answered. And now the problem has been recurring, there was a Sunday that stopped working around 19 pm and in several houses on São Rafael and José Copertino Street in Borges and it took time to get back to normal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, na hora da contratação é tudo lindo, mas no primeiro problema mostra a verdadeira intenção da empresa que é somente lucro não a satisfação do cliente, arrependimento ter feito a portabilidade da OI para a NETMIG, agora estou presa a um contrato porque não vou pagar esse absurdo de multa..NÃO recomendo para ninguém esta empresa!!!!!!
Bad service, at the time of hiring everything is beautiful, but in the first problem it shows the company's true intention that is only profit not customer satisfaction, regret having done the portability of OI to NETMIG, now I'm stuck with a contract because I don't I will pay this absurd fine..I DO NOT recommend this company to anyone!!!!!!
