For the second time I call and the girl who answers (who doesn't identify herself by the way) hangs up on me. Not to mention that the 1st time I called, the information about the collection was not passed on to the biker I had to call him and I came to collect.

â â â â â Minha mĂŁe tinha uma viagem marcada para data de hoje 20/12 para Juazeiro do Norte pois tinha um voo para SĂŁo Paulo e no horĂĄrio que marcaram para ela estar lĂĄ simplesmente a atendente muitoooo mal educada falou que a viagem foi cancelada ?? Ă© que o transporte seria de caminhĂŁo , como se fosse a coisa mais natural ( detalhe que minha mĂŁe tem 80 anos e nĂŁo iria aguentar subir num caminhĂŁo ) que dira fazer uma viagem de 3 horas na cabine de um caminhĂŁo , como se fosse um bicho ! NADA PROFISSIONAIS BANDO DE LIXOS !
My mother had a trip scheduled for today 12/20 to Juazeiro do Norte because she had a flight to SĂŁo Paulo and at the time they scheduled for her to be there, the very rude attendant said that the trip was canceled ?? transport would be by truck , as if it were the most natural thing ( detail that my mother is 80 years old and could not stand to get on a truck ) let alone make a 3 hour trip in the cabin of a truck , as if it were an animal ! NOTHING PROFESSIONAL BUNCH OF GARBAGE!
