★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se tivesse como não dar estrela seria melhor, a internet é péssima e o atendimento mais ainda, eles finalizam o atendimento sem ao menos você terminar de falar com eles, ai você precisa ficar abrindo atendimento toda hora.
 If I could not give a star, it would be better, the internet is terrible and the service even more so, they finish the service without you even finishing talking to them, then you have to keep opening the service all the time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não aconselho pra ninguém muita demora na manutenção, desfazem dos clientes, a Internet caiu toda hora e quando não caiu,a manutenção derruba quando da suporte em outra residência deixa outras meia dúzia sem,se tiverem opção corra da NET TOP
I don't advise anyone to take too long in maintenance, they get rid of the customers, the Internet went down all the time and when it didn't, the maintenance drops when support in another residence leaves half a dozen others without, if you have the option, run from NET TOP

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acho injusto alguem que nem usou o plano avaliar um serviço de internet (conforme algumas avaliações) mas enfim, depois de 1 ano de uso tive algumas quedas de sinal no começo ,mas hoje é MUITO raro , tive alguns problemas com emissao de fatura ,mas resolvi continuar com a net top , realmente entrega a velocidade contratada , a dificuldade é o atendimento em horário não comercial, por ser uma empresa que esta expandindo , mas se melhorar seu atendimento tem tudo para bater de frente com as grandes empresas do ramo..
I think it's unfair for someone who didn't even use the plan to evaluate an internet service (according to some reviews) but anyway, after 1 year of use I had some signal drops in the beginning, but today it's VERY rare, I had some problems with issuing an invoice, but I decided to continue with the net top, it really delivers the contracted speed, the difficulty is the service during non-business hours, as it is a company that is expanding, but if it improves its service, it has everything to go up against the big companies in the field..

I've been using it for a year, I'm satisfied with the service. I had issues a few times but it was always resolved by contacting support.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sem conexão direto,não tenho wifi no quarto da minha casa e o modem fica na sala,a casa é terrea.Enfim não recomendo,pir não oferecer um serviço de qualidade.Se para alguem funciona OK que bom,mas o certo seria oferecer serviço de qualidade para todos os clientes e não apenas para alguns.Quem reclama é porque está pagando igual a quem não tem problema.Então você que acha que reclamamos sem motivo convido a vir até minha residencia e testar ao invés de julgar como improcedente reclamações justas.
No direct connection, I don't have wifi in the bedroom of my house and the modem is in the living room, the house is terrea. Finally I don't recommend it, pir not offer a quality service. quality for all customers and not just for some. Whoever complains is because they are paying the same as those who have no problem.
