Fui orientado a levar meu aparelho para elaboração de orçamento e quando chego à loja sou atendido por uma senhora com muita má vontade que simplesmente se recusa a me atender dizendo que não trabalham com o modelo de minha impressora sem nem mesmo saber qual é!!!!! Parece piada, Rir para não chorar.
Terrible attendance. I was instructed to take my budgeting device and when I get to the store I am met by a very grudging lady who simply refuses to answer me saying that they do not work with my printer model without even knowing what it is !!! !! Sounds like a joke, laugh not to cry.
