â â â â â Um mĂȘs aguardando uma consulta para ter ela remarcada para quase um mĂȘs depois, jĂĄ na data agendado. Depois de quase dois meses de espera, compareço ao local no horĂĄrio marcado e me deparo com a clĂnica simplesmente LOTADA de outros pacientes ainda aguardando atendimento devido ao atraso do mĂ©dico que acabou acumulando vĂĄrias consultas. Fiquei UMA HORA E VINTE MINUTOS aguardando atendimento e, quando a secretĂĄria disse que eu seria o prĂłximo da lista de espera a ser chamado (pois jĂĄ estava excedendo em muito o meu horĂĄrio e fui perguntĂĄ-la), o mĂ©dico chama outro paciente que estava com um horĂĄrio POSTERIOR ao meu. Levantei, cancelei minha consulta e voltei aos meus compromissos diĂĄrios apĂłs perder quase 3h do meu dia (pois tambĂ©m hĂĄ o deslocamento atĂ© o local) e sem a consulta importante que aguardei por quase dois meses. InadmissĂvel com o paciente!
A month waiting for an appointment to have it rescheduled for almost a month later, on the scheduled date. After almost two months of waiting, I go to the place at the scheduled time and find the clinic simply CROWDED with other patients still waiting for care due to the doctor's delay, which ended up accumulating several appointments. I spent AN HOUR AND TWENTY MINUTES waiting for care and, when the secretary said I would be the next on the waiting list to be called (because I was already exceeding my time and I went to ask her), the doctor calls another patient who was with a schedule LATER than mine. I got up, canceled my appointment and went back to my daily appointments after missing almost 3 hours of my day (since there is also travel to the place) and without the important appointment that I had been waiting for almost two months. Inadmissible with the patient!

â â â â â Em minha experiĂȘncia com a clĂnica fui muito bem atendido! Consegui fazer a marcação das consultas e exames rapidamente, com a recepcionista que foi bem atenciosa comigo! Concordo com os apontamentos das pessoas abaixo sobre a clĂnica ser cheia! AlĂ©m dos reagendamentos, que vejo que poderia melhorar, entretanto, a agenda do mĂ©dico neurologista que me atendeu Ă© cheia de cirurgias (me atendeu super bem), entĂŁo entendo que pode acontecer essas desmarcaçÔes!
In my experience with the clinic, I was very well attended! I was able to schedule appointments and exams quickly, with the receptionist who was very helpful to me! I agree with the people's notes below about the clinic being full! In addition to rescheduling, which I see could improve, however, the neurologist's schedule is full of surgeries (they treated me very well), so I understand that these cancellations can happen!

Faço a consulta, solicitam exames, nĂŁo tem horĂĄrio pra marcar retorno, me obrigando a pagar outra consulta por jĂĄ ter passado o prazo. Chego com os exames em mĂŁos e o mĂ©dico fala que estĂĄ tudo normal. Nem leu o laudo. Questionei sobre uma alteração e ele respondeu com todas as letras: mas eu nĂŁo sei interpretar isso aĂ, quem sabe Ă© o otorrino. Boa sorte a quem busca essa clĂnica.
First they rescheduled my first appointment at the last minute. I make the appointment, they request tests, there is no time to schedule a return, forcing me to pay for another appointment because the deadline has already passed. I arrive with the exams in hand and the doctor says that everything is normal. Didn't even read the report. I asked him about an alteration and he answered with all the letters: but I don't know how to interpret it there, maybe it's the otolaryngologist. Good luck to anyone looking for this clinic.
