★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo Médico , na recepção já foi grosso com meu filho de 5 anos por está com a máscara e o nariz pra fora , chegou dentro do consultório chamou a atenção do meu filho mais 2 vezes com muita grosseria pq ele estava sentado com o pé na cadeira e diagnosticou meu filho com 10 minutos de consulta

Sempre prestativo e parceiro , foram 17 anos de consultas , exames , alegrias e pouquíssimas tristezas até a hora de acertar na medicação .Hoje quando eu saí da última consulta com o meu filho ( vai ser acompanhado por um neurologista devido idade ) me deu uma vontade de chorar e abraçar o Doutor e agradecer por tudo que foi feito mas a vergonha não deixou ? . A vida continua. obrigado Doutor

Tbm trabalho na área da saude, sei que as vezes nao agradamos a todos, mais jamais fale de um profissional que estudando pra estar ali cuidando da vida de alguém! Parabéns Dr por sua profissão, e toda dedicação com nos pais de anjinhos especiais.

Já o atendimento telefônico deixa a desejar a secretária te deixa na linha e fala com outras pessoas sem ao menos pedir pra vc esperar.
Muitas das vezes você está falando e ela vai atender outra pessoa e volta como se fosse algo normal.
Muito mal educada. Se eu não estivesse precisando eu tinha desligado pela falta de educação dela. Infelizmente eu tava precisando e tive que esperar a boa vontade dela,porém irei relatar pro médico na próxima consulta .
The doctor himself is very good, attentive and patient.
The telephone service leaves something to be desired, the secretary leaves you on the line and talks to other people without even asking you to wait.
Many times you are talking and she will answer someone else and come back as if it was normal.
Very rude. If I didn't need it I would have hung up for her lack of manners. Unfortunately I needed it and I had to wait for her goodwill, but I will report it to the doctor at the next appointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O médico não tem profissionalismo, ele riu do problema que estamos passando com meu filho. Não passou nenhum remédio para ele, sendo que ele é hiperativo. O menino não para 1s sentado "mas não tem problema não, com o tempo isso passa". Claro né, não é filho dele que corre risco de se machucar gravemente por não ter noção do perigo, por ser impulsivo. Ah sim, não levou nem 5 minutos a consulta. Saímos de lá como entramos, sem ajuda.
A recepção é pequena, não cabiam todos dentro para a espera do atendimento, tive que esperar no corredor e o msm diz que não pode se sentar, tem de ficar de pé esperando. A secretária não gosta de atender ao telefone.
