Principalmente online (via whatsapp) e se existe um atendimento online, ele DEVE funcionar e ser humanizado; Do contrário, é melhor nem ter! A pessoa que atende parece ter PREGUIÇA ATÉ DE VIVER, tamanha indiferença e desprezo com os clientes, lamentável. É uma FILIAL e isso MANCHA a imagem da empresa em si.
Se um dia melhorar, eu edito minha avaliação, tomara que melhore antes de deixar de existir...
The products are WONDERFUL! But oh HORRIBLE little service! Mainly online (via whatsapp) and if there is an online service, it MUST work and be humanized; Otherwise, it's better not even to have it! The person who attends seems to have LAZY UNTIL LIVING, such indifference and contempt for customers, regrettable. It is a BRANCH and it SPOTS the image of the company itself.
If one day it improves, I edit my assessment, hopefully it improves before it ceases to exist ...
