â â â â â Marquei a consulta com 1 mĂȘs de antecedĂȘncia. Cheguei com antecedĂȘncia, a consulta era 8:15. NĂŁo entendo porque eu marco um horĂĄrio pra eu chegar mas o mĂ©dico n tem o horĂĄrio pra me atender. AlĂ©m de marcar com antecedĂȘncia, pagar uma fortuna de plano de saĂșde ainda tem que esperar uma hora pra ser atendido.
Bom, tenho que ir trabalhar, vou perder a consulta, cancelei na recepção, joguei uma hora do meu tempo no lixo. Perdi tempo, paguei plano pra ser constrangido assim.
Eu nao culpo o médico nem as atendentes. Tenho certeza que o responsåvel é o modelo de negócio dos hospitais conveniados, são uma maquina de fazer dinheiro. Nem que 100 pessoas percam 1 hora do seu dia. Tem médico de outras especialidades que abre a lista com 1 hora de atraso, a atendente ja me avisa "pode atrasar que esse atrasa pelo menos uma hora".
Não brigo com a atendente nem com o médico, não tenho escolha. O plano, por mais caro que seja, é o preço de uma ou duas consultas particulares. Mas que é um grande constrangimento isso é.
NĂŁo Ă© a primeira vez que demoro uma hora para ser atendido no HN, jĂĄ fiquei uma hora e meia esperando consulta marcada. Uma hora algumas vezes. Outras especialidades como psicologia o atraso foi de no mĂĄximo 20 minutos vez ou outra.
Se eu marcar uma consulta e chegar 1h e meia atrasado, talvez eu receba uma ligação dizendo da importancia de eu estar presente para consulta com 20 minutos de antecedĂȘncia. EntĂŁo me sinto Ă vontade para publicar essa experiĂȘncia que passei hoje cedo no HN. Outras vezes fui bem atendido, outras vezes fui mal atendido por outros motivos. Mas gostaria que os administradores pensassem que 1 hora perdida de centenas de pessoas prejudicam toda a cidade pois sĂŁo horas que passamos sentados e estragam nosso bom humor. Eduardo.
