Saiu com o cabelo pior do que da Carla Perez no início da carreira, pior mesmo, o cabelo ficou louro oxigenado, apodreceu e está caindo, acabou com o nosso Natal, envergonhada, não saiu do quarto com vergonha do cabelo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deixei minha mãe de 84 anos para manicure, acompanhada de meu Filho, pois eu tinha uma reunião no mesmo horário. Cheguei e ela já estava pronta. Unhas mal feitas em 11 minutos, sem darem a ela sequer a opção de escolher a cor do esmalte. Motivo? A manicure estava com pressa, e por ver uma idosa vulnerável, achou que ela nem repararia. Eu só fui entender na saída, pois outra manicure fez as minhas unhas, de forma perfeita e impecável. O feedback foi dado pela minha mãe na hora de pagarmos, de firma educada e clara. O que me chocou mais ainda foi a pessoa que ouviu ser conivente e ainda justificar o que fizeram com minha mãe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aproximadamente R$600,00 a minha autoestima(sem considerar produtos, tratamentos e etc que vieram depois).
Meu pedido: morena iluminada, sem perder o comprimento e saúde dos fios.
Resultado: californiana beeeem queimada, extremamente loira, fios completamente danificados, emborrachados, cabelo quebrando, agora todo irregular, cheio de buracos e falhas, ainda no salão me convenceram a fazer um corte, que eu não queria, para dar "leveza ao cabelo" em outras palavra, para disfarçar a falha.
Todos os cuidados ao meu alcançe eu tomei, 2 dias antes fui ao salão fazer um teste de mecha para garantir que nada desse errado, mesmo assim sem qualquer cuidado o meu cabelo foi negligenciado a um nível tão profundo que o que eu buscava não aconteceu e o que eu tinha eu perdi.
Procurei o salão que disse que trataria os meus fios, agendaram um horário comigo e me pediram para avisar qdo estivesse indo para que eu não ficasse esperando, claro! Pensei eu, eles não querem que ninguém veja o que eles fizeram, bobeira, só fui atendida com hora de atraso, assim como no dia do teste de mecha e assim como no dia da destruição dos fios, fizeram uma hidratação, jato de ion, que nada resolveu e simplesmente esqueceram, não tiveram o respeito e o cuidado de me perguntar como estava ou se eu estava satisfeita.
Ontem pedi a devolução do dinheiro, sem questionar disseram que vão devolver, mas claro, sem nenhuma satisfação de prazo também.
Agora e o meu prejuízo? E eu não falo do financeiro, falo do emocional, da autoestima, da festa de casamento adiada, do Natal que eu passei trancada no quarto com vergonha, de 2013 a 2019 fiz um tratamento quimioterapico que também destruiu meu cabelo tudo onqientinha de tratamento, medicamentoso, estetico, shampoo, cremes e etc eu fiz para recuperar o fio e depois de anos para ter o resultado que eu queria em 1 dia foi destruido.

I took all the care I could, 2 days before I went to the salon to do a strand test to make sure nothing went wrong, even then without any care my hair was neglected to such a deep level that what I was looking for didn't happen and what i had i lost.
I looked for the salon that said they would treat my hair, they scheduled an appointment with me and asked me to let them know when I was going so I wouldn't have to wait, of course! I thought, they don't want anyone to see what they did, silly, I was only attended with an hour late, just like on the day of the strand test and just like on the day of the destruction of the wires, they did a hydration, ion jet, that didn't solve anything and they simply forgot, they didn't have the respect and care to ask me how I was or if I was satisfied.
Yesterday I asked for the money back, without questioning they said they will return it, but of course, without any satisfaction of the deadline either.
Now what about my loss? And I'm not talking about the financial, I'm talking about the emotional, self-esteem, the postponed wedding party, the Christmas I spent locked in my room with shame, from 2013 to 2019 I had a chemotherapy treatment that also destroyed my hair, all the treatment, medication , aesthetic, shampoo, creams and etc. I did it to recover the thread and after years to have the result I wanted in 1 day it was destroyed.
