★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei na loja. O sofá é bom. Porém a garantia é de apenas 1 ano. O que mais me chateou foi o meu sofá ter chegado com a medida errada e em contato com o dono, o mesmo já argumentou que nem queria ter feito aquele sofá (Mas me deu a escolha de poder escolher ser feito daquela maneira). Ou seja, entendi que não iria me prestar uma garantia de trocar a peça. Gostaria de mais importância nessa parte. Pois na hora de vender é tudo maravilhoso.Mas o pós venda é outra história.
I bought it at the store. The sofa is good. However, the warranty is only 1 year. What bothered me the most was that my sofa arrived with the wrong size and in contact with the owner, he has already argued that he didn't even want to have made that sofa (But it gave me the choice to choose to be made that way). That is, I understood that you would not give me a guarantee to change the part. I would like more importance in that part. Because at the time of selling everything is wonderful. But the after sales is another story.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No dia que fomos na loja sentamos e escolhemos o modelo que tinha na loja era bem confortável ,mas quando chegou foi uma decepção sofá totalmente desconfortável a ponto de nos deixar com dores nas costas, mesmo sendo retrátil vc abre fecha o não tem uma posição que fique confortável e não foi barato prq foi feito feiro sob medida ( é bem pequeno, bem menor que o tamanho padrão) mas o grande problema mesmo é o desconforto, até as visitas acharam o sofá totalmente desconfortável, péssimo.
The day we went to the store, we sat down and chose the model that was in the store, it was very comfortable, but when it arrived it was a disappointment. stay comfortable and it wasn't cheap because it was made to measure (it's very small, much smaller than the standard size) but the real problem is the discomfort, even the visitors found the sofa totally uncomfortable, terrible.
