★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Passei 6 meses lá e gostei muito, tanto do local quanto dos meus vizinhos. Como a moça disse abaixo, o único problema são as rãs e as aranhas caranguejeiras que podem aparecer, por isso recomendo aos proprietários que cubram com telas as janelas e demais aberturas do flat.
I spent 6 months there and really enjoyed it, both the place and my neighbors. As the girl said below, the only problem are the frogs and spiders that may appear, so I recommend to the owners that they cover the windows and other openings in the flat with screens.

I was there in June 2021 with my family I spent 8 days as I have children it is a safe and comfortable place. Responsible Rogério was very attentive and helpful to the neighbors.I felt at home.if I need to return to Teresina, I already know where to stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Achei super aconchegante, tipo um loft, de primeiro pegamos o quarto 2(mudamos depois de 3 hrs esperando o wr esfriar e nada) o que N aconselho devido o arcom não esfria, se pegar o período de set a nov aí mesmo que aconselho não pegar o quarto 2, fora esse detalhe tudo muito satisfatório, tem geladeira pia loucas microondas o básico do necessário de fato. Super aconselho.
I found it super cozy, like a loft, at first we got room 2 (we changed after 3 hrs waiting for it to cool down and nothing) which I don't advise because the arcom doesn't cool down, if you take the period from Sept to Nov even then I advise you not get room 2, apart from that detail everything very satisfactory, it has fridge microwave sinks the basics of what is needed in fact. I highly advise.

O quarto fica no 1° andar e o banheiro fica no térreo.
They should have suites.
The bedroom is on the 1st floor and the bathroom is on the ground floor.
