Pessoal totalmente arrogante, mal educados, grosseiros com os pais, professores e funcionários. Além desta total falta de profissionalismo são desorganizados, sem logistica, se atrasam, criam tumulto, enfim, a pior em todos os sentidos que vi até hoje.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não indico a ninguém, a escola da minha filha fechou com a EMPRESA NEW GOLDEN FORMATURAS & EVENTOS, para formatura do ensino médio da escola LINS DO REGO, até ai tudo bem, realizei todos os pagamentos, quando foi pra entrega das fotos em minha residência, o vendedor ofereceu uma proposta deste então aceitei, por se tratar de uma recordação, enfim, fiz o pagamento uma parte no meu cartão de crédito e mais 6 parcelas no cheque, no primeiro cheque a ser compensado a empresa citada acima depositou antes do prazo combinado, como não tinha saldo suficiente em minha conta, o banco acabou pagando o cheque, más seria cobrado uma taxa de adiantamento de depositante, uma taxa no valor de R$ 59,90, imediatamente liguei na empresa New Golden e falei com CLAUDIA a qual se propôs a fazer o ressarcimento assim que o banco realizasse o desconto, quando o banco descontou da minha conta tentei entrar em contato com a CLAUDIA, a qual me bloqueou pelo Whatsapp e não atende as ligação, fica registrado minha indignação e falta de respeito com os clientes.
CUIDADO AO ENTREGAR SUAS FOLHAS DE CHEQUE A ESSA EMPRESA, ELES NÃO CUMPRI COM O COMBINADO...
Obs. Tenho mantido os pagamentos em dia a essa empresa, faltando agora 2 cheques a serem compensados, faço isso porque tenho caráter e cumpro com minhas obrigações, porém, o que puder fazer pra que essa empresa não tenha uma boa reputação, farei.....
Vou deixar essa reclamação em todas redes sociais.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 estrela porque não dá pra ser nenhuma. Um absurdo você chegar num evento de FORMATURA e ser PROIBIDO de usar o próprio celular pra depois ser induzido a comprar apenas as fotos deles. Uma desorganização desde a entrada do evento, onde ninguém sabe direcionar os convidados, mandando você "se virar e encontrar sua mesa", convidados tendo que procurar e retirar mesa e cadeira dos fundos do local pra poder sentar, coisas inclusas no valor pago que simplesmente NÃO TINHA. O evento não foi de graça, o mínimo que deveriam ter era organização. Além de não ter onde sentar, os convidados não podem ficar em pé, provavelmente deve ter que sentar no chão ou perder todo o evento ??♀️ DESORGANIZAÇÃO COMPLETA! Cheguei muito empolgada pra formatura do meu irmão e perdi praticamente todo o evento graças a belíssima falta de respeito e organização. Uma estrela ainda é muito.

Onde esta empresa ja no começo revistou todos familiares como se fosse bandidos,( fizeram tirar tudo do bolso, passaram a mão, retirar objetos da bolsa,levantar camisa,sutiã , e o mais revoltante fralda de bebes dos familiares, tudo isso na entrada.procurando celulares.
la dentro da quadra eles proibiram todos de tirarem fotos com celulares, mesmo a 30 metros de distancia. quando alguém pegava um pra tentar tirar foto de um momento importante pra família e formação de um cidadão,vinha uma moça bem mal educada quase tomar o celular da mão das pessoas. ocasionando muita revolta aos familiares e alunos. Só vão ter fotos do momento quem pagou pelo serviços deles, que por sinal é d e péssima qualidade, becas rasgadas, áudio péssimo e o desrespeito enorme.
OBS 1: escola publica, famílias carentes de baixa renda, que nem todos tem condições de pagarem, e muitos ja sofrem discriminação por serem pessoas de situação humildes e da periferia da cidade de São Paulo
OBS 2: Procurei contato nas mídias sociais sem resposta, la esta escrito que não respondem nada aqui porem que meu relato que sirva pra alertar futuros clientes insatisfeitos
