★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na hora da venda foi de excelente qualidade ,mas na primeira semana que meu sofá chegou começo mostra os defeitos ,e ficou na madeira , estou a 4 meses implorando a garantia a gerente Maria sempre fugindo da responsabilidade e péssima comunicação ,enfim já paguei seis parcelas do sofá sem qualidade e até agora não prestaram o serviço oferecido ,liguei para a vendedora Mildred ela disse que nem sabia o que eu estava falando ,cuidado pessoal ela tem excelente lábia para vende ,mas na hora que precisa se fazem de esquecida ,estou com um problemão e sem qualidade.ate a data de hoje 21/09/19,estou com o mesmo problema no sofá , o meu sofá afundou a espuma e o tapeceiro falo que ele estava perfeito ,um descaso total , pessoal cuidado na hora da venda propaganda enganosa ,nada do que prometeu foi cumprido ,mas a vendedora tem boa lábia ,mas estou tendo uma tremenda dor de cabeça

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSSIMA LOJA!!!! comprei um sofá ai e tem mais de três meses que estou aguardando quando fui comprar falaram que em menos de 20 dias uteis entregavam e o prazo máximo era 30 dias uteis já se passou o prazo não estou com meu sofá ainda já vou pagar a terceira parcela e nada deles me entregarem NÃO COMPREM ESSA LOJA É MUITO ENROLADA!!!!!
FAST STORE !!!! Contudo todas ás vezes que liguei fui bem atendida e sempre orientada sobre o fato que estava levando o atraso de entrega da mercadoria. Tendo em vista que tivemos problemas na mercadoria, empresa prontamente veio retirar para resolver e entregou com problema solucionado.
