The best maintenance and support company I have ever seen, helped me with the budget since the purchase of the parts, always attentive on whatsapp, clearing my doubts, I had external problems with some parts purchased and even without being involved, proved helpful helping me to the maximum to solve everything and after all set up my super agile computer made several excellent quotes of good quality super recommended, if you are looking for a reliable and good cost benefit professional you can count. I gave 5 stars because I can't get it for 10.

História: Levei 2 notebooks
- Um deles já tinha passado por outros profissionais e todos eles disseram que o notebook não tinha mais jeito, inclusive um até quis comprar (o que me deixou ainda mais desconfiada, pois ele vendia notebooks usados), mas eu gostava muito do notebook e fiquei com ele encostado por anos, até que me recomendaram o New Informática, onde ele conseguiu arrumar o notebook e ainda disse que era um bom notebook!
- O outro notebook deixou de funcionar os coolers e, por ser velhinho e ter saído de linha, não foi possível encontrar peça pra substituir. Mas isso não impediu de que o notebook fosse arrumado, ele simplesmente comprou outra peça, desmontou e usou os cabos para arrumar a peça original do notebook!!
Fora que ambos os notebooks chegaram um brinco!! Parecem novos!!! Profissional maravilhoso! Super recomendo!!! ???❤️❤️❤️

Story: I took 2 notebooks
- One of them had already gone through other professionals and all of them said that the notebook was useless, even one even wanted to buy it (which made me even more suspicious, because he sold used notebooks), but I really liked the notebook and was with him leaning for years, until I was recommended New Informática, where he managed to fix the notebook and even said it was a good notebook!
- The other notebook stopped working the coolers and, because it was old and had been discontinued, it was not possible to find a replacement part. But that didn't stop the notebook from being fixed, he simply bought another part, took it apart and used the cables to fix the original notebook part!!
Apart from that both notebooks arrived an earring!! They look like new!!! Wonderful professional! I highly recommend!!! ???❤️❤️❤️
