★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo! Marquei hora para as 18:30, cheguei às 18:20 e o lugar estava FECHADO. E nem recebi uma ligação ou qualquer recado para desmarcar a hora, total descaso. No dia seguinte ligo para saber o que aconteceu e a única “desculpa” que recebo é “precisei fechar rapidão”. Esse é o tipo de lugar e o tipo de atendimento de quem precisa fechar definitivamente mesmo.
Terrible! I made an appointment for 18:30, I arrived at 18:20 and the place was CLOSED. And I didn't even receive a call or any message to cancel the time, total neglect. The next day I call to find out what happened and the only "excuse" I get is "I needed to close quickly". This is the type of place and the type of service for those who really need to close.
