★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liguei antes pra confirmar se tinha o produto. A atendente me confirmou a disponibilidade e o preço. Quando cheguei, a história foi outra. O produto era por encomenda e estava 100 reais mais caro do que informado por telefone. Gastei com táxi sem necessidade.
I called earlier to confirm that I had the product. The attendant confirmed to me the availability and the price. When I arrived, the story was different. The product was made to order and was 100 reais more expensive than reported by phone. I spent with a taxi unnecessarily.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior ótica, vendedora mais ainda, gerente arrogante,nunca mais entro na ótica. Tive vários problemas nessa ótica, primeiro demorou o prazo entrega, me emprestaram armação, quando fui devolver , comprei uma armação a vendedora, estragou armação toda.

A loja New Otica da esquina de Barão de Teffe com rua da Conceição é, com certeza, a melhor ótica que eu já conheci. Precisei da loja muitas vezes . O gerente sr. Vinicius resolveu com muita atenção o meu caso com óculos , que já considerava perdido, devido a erros da oftalmologista. Obrigada a todos vocês.

The New Otica store on the corner of Barão de Teffe and Rua da Conceição is, without a doubt, the best optician I have ever known. I needed the store many times. The manager mr. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Armação ruim e cara. Cometeram tanto erro na confecção das lentes que foi preciso fazer um novo. Uma compra que saiu absurdamente cara, mas na época era muito nova e estava precisando do óculos com urgência. Hoje não cometeria este erro, eu iria direto para justiça. Comprei uma única vez em 2007 e nem entro nesta ótica de jeito nenhum! Nunca mais!
