★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A New Ótica da Rua da Conceição tinha o melhor atendimento, inclusive indiquei entre amigos e familiares mais de 6 pessoas. Havia ali um funcionário chamado Leonardo, de atendimento diferenciado, cordial, adequado, muito solícito e discreto.
Contudo, estive recentemente na ótica para apertar a armação dos óculos que fiz lá, o Leonardo já não trabalha mais na ótica, os atuais vendedores atenderam com total hostilidade e simularam que apertaram a armação, mas não o fizeram. Não retorno NUNCA MAIS na ótica da rede!
Um bom funcionário levanta o nome de uma empresa na mesma proporção que meia dúzia derruba com atitudes repudiantes como esta.
