Agora falei com a gerente da loja do são Francisco, pedi pra ela trocar , ela simplesmente disse que não, que tem que mandar ajeitar. Resumindo a palhaçada, comprei um motor caro que vive mais na assistência do que na minha casa. Não indico pra ninguém. Tive um motor da garemque durou 4 anos e nunca foi pra assistência. Fica a dica

Fiz a compra de um motor PPA no Pará, porém comprei para instalar em minha empresa no Maranhão, trouxe para cá, fui em busca de um técnico responsável pela marca PPA, liguei na autorizada do Maranhão, me informaram que não tinham técnicos, apenas se o motor fosse comprado com eles, pedi para pelo menos no MINÍMO me indicassem um técnico responsável da marca na minha região, foram ABSURDAMENTE mal educados, informando que não podiam indicar, apenas se fosse comprado com eles aqui no Maranhão.
Achei um absurdo a falta de educação da empresa, e a falta de respeito da marca PPA, pela falta de atendimento na minha região, eu achava que a PPA era nacional, mas pelo visto é regional, se comprar em um estado, só pode ser instalado naquele estado.
Não recomendo a PPA, e muito menos a nova PPA do Maranhão.

I purchased a PPA engine in Pará, but I bought it to install in my company in Maranhão, brought it here, went in search of a technician responsible for the PPA brand, called the authorized representative in Maranhão, they informed me that they had no technicians, only if the engine was purchased from them, I asked for at least the MINIMUM to indicate a technician responsible for the brand in my region, they were ABSURDLY rude, stating that they could not indicate it, only if it was purchased from them here in Maranhão.
I thought the company's lack of education was absurd, and the lack of respect for the PPA brand, due to the lack of service in my region, I thought that PPA was national, but apparently it is regional, if you buy in one state, it can only be installed in that state.
I don't recommend the PPA, much less the new PPA in Maranhão.
