★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não cumprem o prazo para entrega de exames de imagens. Tentei contato pelo whatsapp e não dão uma resposta decente, apenas mensagens automáticas. Experiência muito ruim.
 They do not meet the deadline for delivery of imaging exams. I tried contacting through whatsapp and they don't give a decent reply, just automatic messages. Very bad experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Depois de mais de 3 horas de espera para realizar exame de sangue, um único ultrassom (que conseguiram errar no procedimento pedindo para esvaziar a bexiga indevidamente) e um teste ergométrico que simplesmente nos esqueceram na sala de espera, eu não recomendaria essa unidade a ninguém!
After more than 3 hours of waiting to have a blood test, a single ultrasound (they were able to wrong the procedure by improperly emptying the bladder) and an exercise test that simply forgot us in the waiting room, I would not recommend this unit to anyone !

Cheguei com minha mãe na unidade para realizar uma ressonância, agendada com 02 semanas de antecedência, no horário marcado (06h40, devido a solicitação do laboratório em chegar 30 minutos antes) e simplesmente encontramos todas as atendentes conversando e dando risada, numa linda aglomeração, sendo que uma delas nos informou que a MÁQUINA ESTAVA QUEBRADA.
Quando questionamos sobre o aviso prévio, a mesma atendente nos respondeu: íamos começar agora a ligar para os clientes.
Falaram que deveríamos reagendar. Perguntamos se poderíamos fazer o reagendamento naquele momento, visto que o caso é urgente e já nos encontrávamos na unidade. Responderam que não, e que deveríamos nos comunicar com a central para realizar novo exame, ou seja, fazer novamente o agendamento padrão.
Contatar o cliente para evitar o deslocamento desnecessário de uma pessoa doente, em jejum, para que né?
Vergonhosa a falta de comprometimento.
Unfortunately there is no way to give ZERO. I arrived with my mother at the unit to perform a resonance, scheduled 02 weeks in advance, at the appointed time (6:40 am, due to the request of the laboratory to arrive 30 minutes earlier) and we simply found all the attendants talking and laughing, in a beautiful agglomeration, one of which informed us that the MACHINE WAS BROKEN.
When we asked about the notice, the same attendant replied: we were going to start calling customers now.
They said we should reschedule. We asked if we could reschedule at that moment, since the case is urgent and we were already at the unit. They replied that they did not, and that we should communicate with the central office to carry out a new exam, that is, make the standard schedule again.
Contact the client to avoid the unnecessary displacement of a sick person, fasting, why not?
Shameful the lack of commitment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agendei coleta domiciliar, pedi 2:exames e chegaram com lista completa. A pessoa que tirou o sangue da primeira vez disse sua veia é profunda e mandou agulha dentro do braço dor terrível, resultado braço perfurado e com hematoma, e olha que já fiz exame de sangue na minha vida e nunca passei por isto.. A outra pessoa que estáva no telefone tirou o sangue com mais facilidade. Fleury é visto como lugar de excelência, me desculpe mas para coleta domiciliar está palavra não cabe a vocês.
I scheduled home collection, asked for 2: exams and they arrived with a complete list. The person who took the blood the first time said his vein is deep and sent a needle into his arm, terrible pain, a perforated arm with a bruise, and look, I've had a blood test in my life and I've never had this... The other person on the phone drew the blood more easily. Fleury is seen as a place of excellence, sorry but for home collection this word is not yours.
