Ao chegar no local e esperar por uns 10 minutos até ser atendido, calmamente pois percebi que o rapaz estava em um outro atendimento. Quando ele apenas gritou do outro lado da oficina que não poderia me atender, sem nem perguntar que tipo de serviço eu iria fazer.
