 Excellent structure, despite being new, great environment, needs to improve a little parking, very confusing.

Tem uma boa vista? por enquanto. Ouvi dizer que vão fazer um ? no terreno da frente e aí vai perder a bela vista ? e vai ter aquela vista ruim de ter uma janela a cinco ( 5 ) metros de distância da sua.
Fora isso não tem muito o que falar...
It's an ? office building.
It has a good view? for now. I heard they're going to make a ? on the front lot and then you'll miss the beautiful view ? and you'll have that bad view of having a window five (5) meters away from yours.
Other than that, there's not much to say...
