★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empresa sem comprometimento com o cliente, comprei um pneu deles a mais de um mês, andei 100 km e soltou a borracha, já tentei de tudo para obter outro pneu, pq está na garantia e eles não resolvem, dizem que não tem o pneu na medida e não conseguem, então pedi o ressarcimento do meu dinheiro, agora não atendem mais minhas ligações, e quando atendem dizem q tem q falar com o dono, mas nunca me dão uma resposta concreta. Estou sem o pneu e sem meu dinheiro. Não recomendo a ninguém.
A company with no commitment to the customer, I bought a tire from them more than a month ago, I walked 100 km and released the rubber, I tried everything to get another tire, because it is under warranty and they do not solve, they say they don’t have the tire on measure and can’t, so I asked for the reimbursement of my money, now they don’t answer my calls anymore, and when they do they say they have to talk to the owner, but they never give me a concrete answer. I have no tire and no money. I don't recommend it to anyone.
